Inside Sales Engineer Spare Parts

In short

This role involves supplying technical spare parts and supporting customers in Belgium and Luxembourg with service projects, preparing quotations, determining delivery times, and following up on Spare Parts requests for GEA Process Engineering's service team. It requires a bachelor's degree in a technical or business field (or equivalent experience), fluent Dutch and English (French a plus), and proficiency in SAP, Excel and Outlook. The company is a global process solutions provider for dairy, food, pharma and energy, operating as a close-knit team in Belgium.

About the Role
Would you like to supply technical spare parts that keep factories in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical sectors running reliably? And would you like to support customers in Belgium and Luxembourg with service projects by preparing quotations, determining delivery times and staying in contact with customers about their Spare Parts requests?
At GEA Process Engineering in Belgium, we are looking for an Inside Sales Engineer Spare Parts to strengthen our service team and help build our ambitious vision for the future: sustainable, digital and customer-focused process solutions.
Responsibilities / Tasks
As Inside Sales Engineer Spare Parts you are the trusted partner for GEA's customers in your region. You ensure that they receive the right spare parts and technical solutions to keep their production lines running optimally.
Your responsibilities:
•Your role combines technical insight with commercial skills: you apply your knowledge of drawings, bills of materials and documentation to translate this information into clear quotations, accurate delivery times and reliable follow-up.
•You prepare quotations for spare parts and follow them up from start to finish – with a sharp eye for timing, pricing and customer satisfaction.
•You maintain close contact with customers, our service staff and both internal and external suppliers.
•You focus on opportunities, not spreadsheets: faster delivery times, smarter processes and more satisfied customers.
•You bring structure to the daily workflow and share your insights with the team.
•You support colleagues in resolving complex or urgent customer questions.
•You help shape a modern, digital way of working within GEA.
Your Profile / Qualifications
•You hold a bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field (or have equivalent experience).
•You speak fluent Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
•You are proficient in SAP, Excel and Outlook.
•You are curious, service-oriented and resilient.
What We Offer
•Flexible working hours and days – tailored to your lifestyle.
•You will join a close-knit team with a sense of humor, expertise and drive.
•We give you the freedom to make processes smarter – your ideas count.
•You will work for a company that is globally committed to sustainable production.
•Top Employer 2025: we truly invest in people, not just in machines.
Why GEA?
