Ivan Ogienko Company is an international interior design firm with 9 years of experience and over 1,000 completed projects across various types of spaces.
We have been successfully operating in Dubai for the past three years and recently opened an office in New York. As we continue to grow in the U.S. market, we're excited to welcome a Recruiter to our team!
What You'll Do
•Manage the full recruitment cycle, from understanding hiring needs to making offers.
•Work closely with managers to identify and attract the right talent.
•Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
•Recruit for various roles, with a focus on sales and business development in the U.S. market.
•Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
•Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
•Maintain a talent pipeline and help improve our recruitment process.
What We're Looking For
•Experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in-house.
•Strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills.
•Experience hiring for sales or business development roles is a plus.
•A proactive, organized approach and the ability to work independently.
•Good business understanding and a genuine interest in people.
•Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency.
