Responsibilities
•Manage the full employee lifecycle in Germany, including contracts, amendments, onboarding and offboarding documentation, and personnel files
•Ensure local HR compliance, including compliance with German labour law
•Run end-to-end recruitment for roles in Germany and other European countries, focusing on sales and commercial positions
•Proactively source and approach candidates, including passive talent
•Advise local managers on day-to-day HR and employee relations questions
•Maintain accurate HR data and support HR reporting
•Contribute to HR projects across Europe and improve processes
Requirements
•3–4 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Specialist roles, including at least 2 years of HR administration in Germany
•Hands-on knowledge of German labour law
•Strong recruitment experience
•Experience recruiting internationally or across several countries
•Experience in a small HR team or international company, building or improving processes
•Structured, independent, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment
•German at B2 level and good command of English
Nice to have
•Experience recruiting for sales or commercial roles
•Experience in direct selling, network marketing or FMCG
•Ukrainian or Russian
Conditions
