What you will do
•Build, lead, and scale the Data Engineering team, including hiring, performance management, and technical development.
•Define the long-term data platform strategy and architecture across DWH, ingestion, transformation, streaming, and serving layers.
•Apply AI and LLMs to pipeline development, data quality, anomaly detection, schema management, and internal natural-language data tools.
•Own marketing data infrastructure for attribution, segmentation, campaign optimization, and real-time growth analytics.
•Build low-latency streaming infrastructure for trading, payments, and risk-critical workloads.
•Establish standards for data quality, lineage, observability, SLAs, governance, and self-service access.
Requirements
•More than 6 years of experience and a proven record of building and managing robust DWH architectures.
•Experience leading cross-functional teams of engineers and analysts.
•Deep knowledge of ClickHouse, dbt, and modern data engineering practices.
•Understanding of marketing technology and experience automating analytics to support growth.
•Practical interest in applying AI and LLMs to analytical and operational workflows.
•Experience in or strong interest in the Crypto/FinTech industry.
