About the Role
You will define customer-facing money-movement data and deliver it through datasets, reports, files, and dashboards. You will lead an engineering organization, hire and mentor leaders, guide technical design, remove delivery blockers, and align complex projects across business functions.
Requirements
•10+ years of engineering experience and 5+ years of leadership experience
•Experience as a manager of managers
•Experience hiring and managing an engineering organization of 25–50 engineers
•Financial data literacy, including ledgers, cut-offs, corrections, restatements, FX, and fee attribution
•Written and verbal communication skills
•Experience with engineering operations, product requirements, and platform dependencies
