About the Role
You will create technical execution roadmaps, manage hardware platform development and integration, and define schedules, milestones, and resource allocation. You will coordinate cross-functional deliverables, manage risks and dependencies, communicate trade-offs, improve manufacturing processes, and maintain technical knowledge of vehicle platforms and test operations.
Requirements
•5+ years of technical program management experience
•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or a similar technical field
•Experience managing fast-paced initiatives with multiple stakeholders and complex schedules
•Experience in the automotive or trucking industry
•Experience managing hardware projects toward manufacturing at scale in a startup environment
•Expertise with Linear, JIRA, Smartsheet, or LucidChart
•Communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to facilitate trade-offs between engineering and product requirements while maintaining safety standards
•Knowledge of autonomous vehicles
