You will lead end-to-end delivery for simulation, evaluation, and validation programs. You will sequence roadmaps, manage dependencies and risks, define measurable outcomes, coordinate release-gating validation, run planning and reviews, and improve delivery processes across the platforms.

Responsibilities
•Own end-to-end delivery of cross-team simulation, evaluation, and validation programs
•Compose roadmaps and manage dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and escalations
•Connect platform delivery to measurable outcomes
•Coordinate release-gating validation and acceptance criteria
•Run planning, reviews, and retrospectives and communicate progress and risks
•Improve tooling, processes, and ways of working
