About the Role
You will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, and repairs on vehicles and autonomous vehicle systems in a shop environment. You will complete work orders, follow standard operating procedures, capture diagnostic information, document completed work, and promptly escalate issues.
Requirements
•1–3 years of experience in fleet, automotive, or technical operations
•Experience working on heavy duty diesel trucks and trailers
•Hands-on electrical repair experience, including wiring harness repairs and connector termination
•Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
•Basic experience with maintenance or mechanical systems
•Willingness to learn AV systems and diagnostics
Responsibilities
•Execute maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks on vehicles
•Complete work orders accurately and on time
•Perform inspections and basic repairs following SOPs
•Work with AV components, sensors, diagnostics, and system checks under guidance
•Capture logs, photos, and diagnostic data
•Follow AV workflows and escalate issues
•Complete required documentation for all work performed
•Participate in shift briefs, debriefs, and handoffs
