Задачи
•Design and evolve scalable distributed systems in Go, selecting appropriate concurrency models and balancing performance with maintainability
•Collaborate with Product Managers to turn high-level business goals into technical plans and delivery roadmaps
•Anticipate and highlight edge cases, risks, and technical constraints during planning
•Represent the engineering team in external stakeholder meetings, explain technical topics in business-centric terms, and challenge unrealistic requirements
•Lead and perform code reviews for other senior engineers, maintaining high standards for code quality, resilience, and reliability
•Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines and engineering processes to help the team deliver high-quality code faster and safely
Требования
•5+ Years of Go development experience
•2+ Years of experience specifically in a leadership role
•Higher education in Computer Science or software development
•Extensive experience working with AI and implementing or configuring it within a team
•Experience in fintech and banking domains and with complex integrations
•Experience designing scalable, distributed backend systems in Golang
•Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Go, including goroutines, channels, and sync primitives
•Experience with system design for high performance and maintainability
•Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
•Advanced English or above
•Nice to have: Experience in the insurance domain
