Job Description
•To bring industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge technology help drive value generation for our clients
•Define and execute value generation roadmaps for aligned accounts leading to large substantial impact to clients
•Partner with multi-function teams to constantly enrich the engagement with clients
•Lead the execution of projects ranging from business diagnostic, organization design, business process design
•Align with COO/Operating leaders / Portfolio Owner on transformation commitments across all involved teams and facilitate agreement from all important partners
•Be the trusted transformation partner for the client leadership
•Drive end-to-end thinking and solutions that leverage Lean, Six Sigma, Digital and Analytics solutions to deliver long term benefits to our clients
•Lead Master Black Belt Level Projects and Coach & mentor Black Belts
•Responsible for generating business impact for the clients using the CI methodologies and frameworks, for the assigned verticals / region
•Deploy Lean Six Sigma framework to improve Process performance on the shop floor
•Orchestrate operational excellence, governance and transformation rigor to optimize short-term improvement and long-term value creation
Qualifications
•MBA / CA with extensive experience
•Prior solution design, consulting experience or IT domain consulting experience
•Process consulting experience preferred over business/strategy consulting
•Proven track record of driving transformation in client operations
•Global perspective and understanding of business marketplace
•Project Management Skills
Preferred Qualifications
•Certified LSS Black Belt
•Experience with digital tools or in financial services space
•Global Exposure
•Digital deployment for large/medium scale customers
•Certified Master Black Belt
