What you will do
•Lead a team of developers and create original Roblox games.
•Drive game projects from concept through release.
•Experiment with and implement strategies to grow the studio and maximize game success.
•Learn directly from experienced Roblox developers.
•After completing the program, launch and manage an independent game development studio with creative control over development and business operations.
Requirements
•1–3 years of experience.
•Hands-on game development experience, especially in game design, programming, or 3D art.
•Strong English skills; the program is conducted in English.
•Drive to learn, grow, and take on leadership responsibilities.
•Organizational and project management skills.
•Interest in building and innovating on the Roblox platform.
Nice to have
•Experience with Roblox and Roblox Studio.
