What you will do
•Lead a team of developers and create original Roblox games.
•Drive game projects from concept through release.
•Experiment with and implement strategies to grow the studio and maximize game success.
•Develop leadership, studio management, and business operations skills through the accelerator program.
•Learn directly from experienced Roblox developers.
Requirements
•1–3 years of experience and hands-on game development experience, especially in game design, programming, or 3D art.
•Strong English skills; the program is conducted in English.
•Drive to learn, grow, and take on leadership responsibilities.
•Solid organizational and project management skills.
•Interest in building and innovating on the Roblox platform.
Nice to have
•Experience with Roblox and Roblox Studio.
