Responsibilities
•Lead a team of developers and create original Roblox games
•Drive projects from concept to release
•Experiment with and implement strategies to grow your studio and maximize game success
•Learn directly from the best Roblox developers in the industry
Requirements
•Hands-on game development experience (especially in game design, programming, 3d art)
•Strong English skills (the program is in English)
•A real drive to learn, grow, and take on leadership
•Solid organizational and project management skills
•Interest in building and innovating on the Roblox platform
Nice to Have
•Bonus points for experience with Roblox and Roblox Studio
