Fleet Operations Engineer (AI Infrastructure)

In short

This role involves building and operating low-level Linux infrastructure across bare metal, virtual machines, and orchestration systems at an AI infrastructure startup. The job centers on provisioning virtualized GPU compute (KVM/QEMU), supporting Kubernetes and Slurm workloads, and writing Python and Rust services. It demands strong low-level systems fundamentals (OS internals, performance, debugging) and hands-on fleet security work including network segmentation, firewalls, and access controls. Onsite, full-time position in the United States.
