Задачи
•Prepare financial analyses and business reports, including trend analysis and identification of key cost drivers
•Analyze financial results against forecasts and budgets, and communicate findings to Finance Managers, Country Managers, and other stakeholders
•Support monthly business reviews with operational management
•Perform month-end project accounting activities, including revenue recognition and accrual calculations
•Handle payroll accounting and reconciliations in cooperation with external payroll providers
•Calculate and post selected accruals, including payroll-related accruals and WIP/POC adjustments
•Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts for assigned entities
•Post month-end journal entries
•Support monthly reporting in accordance with corporate policies and IFRS
•Assist with statutory reporting, audit requests, and documentation
•Communicate with corporate finance teams on reporting and analysis matters
•Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
•Provide backup support for accounting and reporting activities within the team
Требования
•1–3 Years of experience as a financial analyst or in a similar position
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
•Experience in financial analysis, controlling, accounting, or a similar finance role
•Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis
•Fluent English, written and spoken
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Ability to manage deadlines and work in a dynamic environment
•Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
•Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across functions and countries
•Nice to have: experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central
