Responsibilities
•Coordinate accounting activities between the external accounting provider in Poland and internal stakeholders
•Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting data and processes
•Validate and align local accounting data with group reporting requirements
•Review and post selected transactions and adjustments in NetSuite
•Reconcile general ledger balances and investigate discrepancies
•Oversee intercompany transactions and ensure proper recording
•Support month-end closing and prepare financial reports
•Provide accurate financial data for internal and group reporting
•Monitor cash flow and perform bank reconciliations
•Support payment processes and ensure cash availability
•Reconcile differences between local statutory books and NetSuite
•Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies
•Support audits and cooperate with external auditors
•Identify and implement improvements in accounting and reporting processes
•Support system updates and coordinate with IT on NetSuite
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
•Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
•Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
•Proficiency with accounting software, such as SAP or NetSuite, and Microsoft Office
•Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively
•High level of integrity and confidentiality
•Good communication skills in English (C1)
