Responsibilities
•Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, and management reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
•Manage general ledger entries, reconcile accounts, supervise bookkeeping activities, and support tax audits and inspections.
•Collaborate with clients to clarify financial issues, advise on tax optimization and compliance, and contribute to the improvement of internal accounting processes.
•Support consulting projects for start-ups by setting up accounting systems and reporting frameworks.
Requirements
•Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement preparation, and general ledger management.
•Experience with tax calculation, tax reporting, and participation in tax audits or inspections.
•Proficiency in bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and use of accounting software and spreadsheets.
•Ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and provide clear, data-driven recommendations.
•Effective communication skills for working with clients and internal teams, including the ability to explain complex financial topics in accessible language.
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
Nice to Have
•Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA or local equivalent) are an advantage.
•Experience in professional services, consulting, or working with start-ups is a plus.
•Fluency in relevant local and business languages is beneficial.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Yerevan.
