Do you want to plan and execute some of the company's most business-critical events? We are looking for an Event Security Specialist for Executive Security, responsible for security planning and operational coordination at high-level events such as general meetings, management conferences, international visits and other strategically important events. This is a central role within Executive Security and offers an opportunity to work closely with company leadership and strategic operations.
Main responsibilities
•Responsible for security planning ahead of high-level events and company events.
•Coordinate security efforts between operations, functions and external suppliers.
•Order, plan and follow up on surveillance, technical security solutions and other security resources.
•Lead the execution of security arrangements and ensure that decided measures are implemented.
•Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments related to events and visits.
•Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders before, during and after execution.
•Pursue ongoing method development within the area and develop processes and tools in order to constantly stay ahead.
•Continuously conduct evaluations of completed events in order to continuously improve operations.
Your profile
You are a structured and solution-oriented person with good capacity for multitasking who enjoys handling several tasks in parallel. You have a very good ability to build relationships and coordinate several parties simultaneously. You also thrive in environments with high demands on professionalism, discretion and quality.
We are looking for someone who:
•Has experience in security work, event management, project management or operational coordination.
•Communicates fluently in Swedish and English.
The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to the security protection regulations in force at the time. For positions where Saab requires security clearance placement, this may, where applicable, entail a requirement for certain citizenship.
