Responsibilities
•Lead the technical roadmap and delivery of existing and new products
•Represent the team in technical discussions with key partners
•Lead a growing engineering team of 20+ engineers, using a hands-on leadership approach
•Drive strategic technical decisions with cross-functional teams and lead cross-domain initiatives aligned with business and product goals
•Identify team improvements, propose actionable solutions, and coordinate efforts to improve velocity and effectiveness
•Shape the broader domain vision, influence strategic direction, and set goals for ongoing product improvement
•Balance hands-on engineering with big-picture thinking, mentoring and developing high-performing teams
•Focus on delivering impact at scale and speed
Requirements
•Strong leadership and team development skills, including setting clear goals, providing transparent feedback, mentoring engineers, and supporting career growth
•5+ years in a leadership role, with success in hiring, retaining, and developing engineering talent
•Hands-on experience building scalable, resilient, and full-stack systems in diverse environments
•Ability to make mistakes, learn from them, and improve without compromising quality
•Commitment to engineering excellence and delivering value to customers with speed and quality
•Collaborative approach, openness to feedback, peer learning, and team-wide development
