Responsibilities
•Own the post-sale customer journey, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth
•Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for key accounts
•Partner with sales to identify expansion and renewal opportunities
•Provide proactive guidance and support to maximize customer value
•Collect customer feedback and collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap
•Develop and refine customer success playbooks as the company scales
Requirements
•4–8 years of professional experience
•Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills
•Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
•Ability to work in the office 5 days per week
•Excited to build the European presence of a fast-growing AI company
