•Independent dispatching of the company's own inland waterway fleet on Central European waterways and canals.
•Chartering of third-party vessel capacity.
•Managing and maintaining the internal and external network, especially in cooperation with customers, ships, market participants and colleagues domestically and abroad.
•Negotiating freight rates and preparing quotes in day-to-day business.
•Preparing and following up on orders and transports.
What You Bring:
•A completed commercial vocational training, preferably in logistics.
•Solid professional experience in transport logistics, preferably in inland shipping, is desirable.
•Strong negotiation skills, assertiveness and organizational talent.
•A strong team player who reacts flexibly to dynamically changing (market) conditions.
•English and French language skills, written and spoken, are a valuable addition to your profile.
