About the role
We're a growing garage door company in San Francisco looking for one person to run our office remotely and close sales.
Responsibilities
•Answer customer calls and texts and book appointments
•Schedule and dispatch our technicians
•Follow up on quotes and close sales
•Office tasks: invoices, payment follow-ups, customer reviews
Requirements
•Fluent spoken English
•Experience in US dispatch, customer service or phone sales
•Organized and reliable
•Available during US Pacific hours (evenings and nights in Tbilisi)
Conditions
This is a long-term position paid in US dollars.
•$800 per month fixed base, guaranteed
•Plus 2% commission on every sale you close (our garage doors sell for $2,000–$10,000)
•No cap on commission. Expected earnings: $1,000–$3,000 per month
