About the Role
You will own the legal accuracy of SEC reporting and public-company disclosure. You will draft and review filing content, coordinate reporting inputs across functions, support SOX compliance, monitor regulatory developments, advise on securities-law matters, and support equity and debt capital-markets transactions.
Requirements
•JD or equivalent and a US license to practice law.
•Minimum 5 years of experience as a US securities lawyer.
•Experience in US securities law at a public company or law firm.
•Knowledge of SEC reporting requirements, including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, risk factors, and financial-statement disclosure.
•Experience advising on Securities Act and Exchange Act matters.
•Experience with a SOX compliance framework.
•Based in the US.
Responsibilities
