About the Role
You will support treasury risk governance, covenant monitoring, bank reporting, and control execution. You will maintain reporting models and calendars, assist with period-end disclosures and SOX controls, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and improve treasury reporting, automation, and data quality.
Requirements
•Approximately 10 years of experience in corporate treasury, corporate finance, or a related field
•Strong Excel skills
•Comfort with documentation-heavy processes
•Attention to detail and strong follow-through
Responsibilities
•Support treasury risk and governance frameworks
•Monitor covenants, compliance certificates, bank reporting obligations, policies, and controls
•Maintain covenant models, compliance calendars, certificate support files, and bank-reporting packages
•Support quarter-end and year-end debt, liquidity, and hedge-related reporting
•Assist with treasury SOX controls, documentation, evidence gathering, and remediation tracking
•Coordinate reporting and control activities with Legal, Accounting, FP&A, and Internal Audit
•Drive process improvement, automation, and data quality in treasury reporting
