What you will do
•Develop and execute a B2B digital marketing strategy aligned with sales goals.
•Manage and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and paid advertising.
•Build and manage marketing funnels focused on lead generation and nurturing.
•Plan and execute content marketing for landing pages, blog posts, and newsletters.
•Collaborate with design and development teams on campaign assets and performance tracking.
•Analyze campaign performance and report on ROI using GA4, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Requirements
•3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally at a digital agency or technology company.
•Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, especially in eCommerce and SaaS.
•Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, email automation, content marketing, and HubSpot.
•Analytical mindset and proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms.
•Excellent English communication skills at C1 level.
•Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently in a remote team.
•Russian language proficiency at B2 level.
