About the Programme
PA are delighted to announce recruitment to our 2027 Rotational Digital Graduate Scheme. This programme is designed for graduates with a passion for technology, data, software engineering and artificial intelligence who are looking to accelerate their careers in consulting. As a Graduate Analyst, you will rotate across Architecture, Engineering & DevOps (AED), Data Science and AI, gaining hands-on experience delivering innovative solutions for leading organisations.
Responsibilities
•Participate in rotations across AED, Data Science and AI.
•Learn to design, develop and support technology solutions using modern engineering and data practices.
•Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business and technical challenges and support development of AI-enabled and data-driven solutions for clients.
•Provide high-level technical designs and develop software in collaboration with business analysts and software architects.
•Work closely with test and DevOps specialists as well as service managers on automated software releases to production.
•As your career progresses, work across all areas of the development lifecycle, from strategy to implementation, and take on assignments in different sectors.
Requirements
•Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, AI, Mathematics, Engineering or a related STEM discipline.
•Open to change, driven to succeed, hungry for new challenges, and eager to broaden your understanding of the world.
•Thrive in dynamic teams, build strong relationships with clients and peers, and support others to succeed.
•Comfortable in high-performance environments, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, innovative thinking, and the flexibility to adapt your style and approach.
•A passion for data.
•Show strong workplace etiquette by being punctual, dependable, and respectful of business expectations and office conduct.
Ideally you will also have:
•Experience with programming languages preferred (e.g. Java, JavaScript, C/C++, Python or C#).
•Good understanding of relational and non-relational databases and familiarity with cloud-native services across AWS, Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
