About the Role
Pasiona Consulting is a technology consultancy and Microsoft partner dedicated to designing, developing, and implementing custom software applications for clients across multiple sectors. Pasiona is looking for a DevOps Engineer / Platform Engineer. The selected candidate will participate in the design, implementation, automation, and operation of infrastructure, deployment pipelines, monitoring solutions, and platform services that support the OSPO (Open Source Program Office) ecosystem.
Responsibilities
•Participate in the design, implementation, automation, and operation of infrastructure, deployment pipelines, monitoring solutions, and platform services that support the OSPO (Open Source Program Office) ecosystem.
Requirements
•More than 5 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Operations, or similar positions.
•Solid experience with CI/CD practices, GitHub Actions, GitHub Apps, repository management, and automation workflows.
•Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
•Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), using Terraform or equivalent tools.
•Experience with modern platform technologies, especially Kubernetes and OpenShift.
•Knowledge of tools such as OpenSearch, OpenSearch Dashboards, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar monitoring and reporting solutions.
•Experience implementing GitOps practices, platform automation, self-service capabilities, and operational support processes.
•Knowledge of scripting and automation with Python, Bash, or similar technologies.
•Knowledge of reliability, security, scalability, and operational excellence principles.
•Fluent Spanish and English to collaborate with international teams.
Nice to Have
•Experience with GrimoireLab or equivalent platforms for analytics, community metrics, and reporting.
•Experience with Open Source and InnerSource practices.
•Knowledge of automating and transforming operational data into useful information for decision-making.
•Interest in exploring emerging technologies, new platform engineering practices, and operational capabilities assisted by artificial intelligence.
