About the Role
We are hiring a DevOps/Platform Engineer. Hybrid working model - Novi Sad or Belgrade office.
As a Platform Engineer, you will join the team responsible for venue connectivity and contribute to the trading platform. Your focus will be on improving how engineers build, test, and ship software by reducing friction, increasing engineering throughput, and maintaining a secure, reliable, and scalable developer platform.
Responsibilities
•Modernize application configuration in line with Microsoft best practices.
•Design and implement deployment traffic light mechanisms that report service health, strengthen reliability, and reduce manual intervention.
•Implement and improve application health reporting using .NET health checks and commonly used health-check frameworks.
•Design backup strategies for business-critical data using Kubernetes for persistent volumes.
•Improve developer workflows across build, test, deployment, and release processes.
•Collaborate with engineering teams to strengthen platform security, scalability, observability, and operational resilience.
Requirements
•Strong AWS expertise, particularly with Amazon EKS, DynamoDB, and Amazon S3.
•Strong proficiency in .NET development.
•Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm.
•Practical experience building and maintaining Azure DevOps and GitHub pipelines.
•Demonstrated experience delivering on-premises-to-cloud migrations.
•Understanding of secure, dependable, and scalable developer platform practices.
•Experience with Rust.
•Ability to work effectively in a trading platform environment with a strong focus on service reliability.
