Responsibilities
•Take full accountability for the Murex environment lifecycle, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance across all streams
•Analyze environment bottlenecks and drive architectural improvements and automated solutions
•Act as the primary technical contact for environment-related decisions and define standards for refreshes, monitoring, and health checks
•Lead and mentor team members, guide complex troubleshooting, and ensure best practices in scripting and CICD pipelines
•Manage relationships with internal development teams and client stakeholders, negotiate timelines, and prioritize enhancement requests
•Coordinate SIT/UAT release cycles and identify and mitigate environment dependencies before execution
•Evaluate new Murex features and industry practices, including DevOps/SRE, for the project's technical roadmap
Requirements
•6+ Years of hands-on experience in Murex infrastructure, environment and configuration management, and scripting
•4+ Years of hands-on experience with CICD, such as Ansible, and proficiency with GIT
•Experience with Back-Office Workflows, Datamart, Market Data, batch processing, End of Day flows, interfaces, and Trade Life Cycle
•Proven experience in a technical lead or environment management lead capacity within a Murex ecosystem
•Ability to own high-pressure production support issues and drive them to resolution
•Strong logical, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and relationship-building skills; attention to detail
•Detailed-oriented, quick learner, and self-starter
•Good verbal and written communication skills
•Strong experience supporting end-users and resolving their daily issues
•Available to work EST hours
