Tasks
In a nutshell: Together with your team, you take responsibility for analyzing, planning and implementing build and deployment pipelines and infrastructure automation for business-critical system landscapes at our customers.
•Analyze requirements: You capture the customer's requirements and technical starting point, derive solution concepts and implement them, including, where applicable, in tendering situations.
•Plan system environments: You plan, document and set up system environments and processes, and monitor them.
•Design operations and maintenance: You design the operation and maintenance of the applications in operation, taking into account scaling, resilience, alerting, monitoring, logging and security.
•Automation: Automate build, release and deployment processes (CI/CD) in complex staging environments.
•Smooth release management: Ensure the simple and secure automated rollout of software and project releases. You advise our customers on quality and process improvements as their point of contact.
Requirements
•Practical experience: You have expertise in automation and are familiar with Infrastructure as Code concepts, CI/CD, build pipelines, containerization, cloud services and related tools. You also love supporting a software team with automated processes and tools, thereby continuously improving software quality.
•Development skills: You have very good knowledge of object-oriented development with Java or comparable languages, as well as common scripting languages (e.g. Bash, Python, Groovy).
•CI/CD experience: Experience with CI/CD, including the associated tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Git, SonarQube, Artifactory, Nexus, Maven, Gradle, etc.).
•Infrastructure as Code: You have in-depth insight into Infrastructure as Code concepts and orchestration platforms (Docker Compose, Swarm, Kubernetes, Terraform) and are confident using common automation tools such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible or SaltStack.
•AI skills: You use AI tools confidently in your field, critically evaluate the results and support customers and adessi in making use of AI's potential.
•Language skills: Very good German and good English skills.
Nice to have
Ideally, you already have experience in IT operations, public cloud (AWS, Azure) or private cloud (OpenStack, OpenShift).
