Responsibilities
•Support the customer's functional management team and ensure customer business satisfaction
•Identify and implement improvements
•Maintain platform security, keep platforms up to date, and ensure availability
•Participate in critical operations and project work
•Automate configuration management using Chef, infrastructure as code using Terraform, and scripting with PowerShell, Python, or other suitable tools
•Enhance the stability and performance of customer systems while prioritizing security
Requirements
•Strong experience in the Windows ecosystem and an understanding of how software transforms infrastructure
•Experience with Windows Server High Availability Clustering, Windows Server Active Directory Domain Services, and Microsoft SQL Server
•Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Ruby
•Experience with configuration management tools
•Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
•Experience with version control and CI/CD, including Git and CI/CD pipelines
•Enthusiasm for technology and a strong interest in the customer's business and application landscape
