We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us scale and standardise our AWS infrastructure for a B2B crypto processing platform. This role involves working with production systems, improving reliability, and contributing to infrastructure-related decisions.
Responsibilities
•Develop and maintain AWS infrastructure (ECS / EKS / RDS / SSM)
•Migrate legacy solutions (EC2 + Ansible) to Terraform and modern architecture
•Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes (frequent releases)
•Enhance monitoring, alerting, and logging (Sentry / ELK / VictoriaMetrics)
•Optimise infrastructure costs and improve system efficiency
•Prepare infrastructure to meet security and regulatory requirements
Requirements
•5+ years of experience in DevOps in fintech / crypto environments
•Strong hands-on experience with AWS in production environments
•Experience with Terraform (or other IaC tools)
•Experience with Docker and container orchestration (ECS or Kubernetes)
•Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and production environments
•Experience with monitoring and logging tools
•English level B2+, Fluent Russian
Nice to have
•Familiarity with security standards (PCI DSS / ISO / SOC2)
