Context
The Data Platform team designs and develops data-centric digital services to provide teams with reliable and accessible data via APIs, to simplify and accelerate analytical processing, and to foster alignment between operations and decision-making.
Project: Development and maintenance of the data objects for the NS Marchandise (Merchandise) domain.
Missions
•Design data solutions and scope requirements.
•Write technical and functional specifications.
•Prepare acceptance testing and follow implementation with the Scrum team.
•Model business objects within a Big Data foundation (MDD).
•Specify feed flows and interface contracts.
•Design data exposures, notably APIs and database models, together with data governance.
•Ensure functional consistency of the data domain.
•Build the data product roadmap.
•Guarantee cross-functional consistency with other data products.
•Monitor data quality via dashboards and track technical debt.
•Qualify and document data to give it meaning.
•Facilitate the data community and ensure the link between business and IT.
•Manage changes and anomalies reported by users.
•Manage the product backlog and define user stories.
•Facilitate Agile rituals, notably sprint planning and team follow-up.
•Manage a portfolio of data projects and their lifecycle.
•Report progress to program managers or Data Product managers.
•Handle data: advanced SQL, files, APIs and dataviz.
•Query SQL databases and consume web services.
•Maintain a strong technical understanding of the data ecosystem.

Profile Sought
•Master's degree (Bac+5), engineering school or computer science-oriented university
•More than 8 years of experience in Data Translation / Product Owner roles
•At least 5 years of experience in the retail / mass distribution sector
•Key skills in advanced SQL
•Proficiency in Big Data / MDD
•Experience with APIs and web services
•Skills in data modeling and databases
