Задачи:
•Own standardized dashboards, KPI logic, and advanced analytics, creating scalable reporting standards for Marketplace teams across countries
•Explore complex commercial and customer questions through predictive modelling, segmentation, trend analysis, and cohort analysis, and turn findings into business opportunities and decision options
•Shape forecasting, scenario modelling, and business cases, ensuring assumptions are evidence-based and aligned across Marketplace, Controlling, Marketing, and Category Management
•Partner with Data/BI and Finance to evolve analytical toolsets, automate reporting, and improve the scalability, speed, and integrity of the data landscape
•Present data to Marketplace Country Heads, Commercial Leadership, and other senior stakeholders, translating complexity into insights that support performance steering and strategic decisions
Требования:
•2–5 Years of relevant experience in data analytics, data science, or commercial planning within a complex business environment
•Hands-on experience with forecasting, advanced analytics, and business case development
•Strong hands-on experience with Python and advanced proficiency in SQL, R, and Power BI
•Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks
•Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, DBT, and data architecture principles
•Ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders in an international environment
•Fluent English
•Nice to have: German
