Redcare Pharmacy

Data Product Manager

In short

Senior Data Product Manager role at Redcare Pharmacy, owning the Data Product strategy and roadmap for a business domain (e.g. Marketing), bridging business stakeholders with cross-functional Data & AI teams. Requires several years as a Product Owner/Manager in Marketing Analytics, MarTech or Data Products, hands-on experience with Databricks, dbt, Power BI and marketing measurement methodologies (Attribution, MMM, incrementality testing), and fluent English and German. Remote position based in Germany with occasional on-site collaboration in Berlin or Cologne.

About the Role
As Europe's No.1 e-pharmacy, Redcare Pharmacy is powered by passionate teams and cutting-edge innovation. As a Senior Data Product Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of the Data Product strategy and portfolio within a business domain, shaping how data is used to solve meaningful business challenges and create measurable value. Whether your domain is Customer, Marketplace, Finance, Procurement, Pricing or Marketing, you will define the product vision, translate complex business challenges into scalable Data Products, and ensure that the solutions built are adopted and create measurable impact. Working at the intersection of business, product and data, you will have the autonomy to challenge assumptions, identify the opportunities that matter most, and bring business stakeholders and cross-functional Data & AI teams together around a clear product direction. This is not a traditional requirements-management role — the company is looking for someone who thinks in problems, outcomes and products rather than requests and individual reports.
Our Tech Environment
You don't need to be a Data Engineer yourself, but you should have a strong understanding of modern data platforms, data models, pipelines and marketing measurement methodologies. You'll be comfortable working closely with technical experts, challenging solutions and translating complex marketing requirements into scalable data products.
Stack: Databricks, dbt, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Cloud, Modern Data Platforms, Marketing Analytics, Data Products, Jira, Confluence.

•Hands-on experience with marketing measurement methodologies, particularly Attribution, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and incrementality testing, with an understanding of how these approaches support marketing effectiveness and investment decisions.
•Strong understanding of modern data platforms and technologies, particularly Databricks, dbt and Power BI, with the ability to collaborate confidently with technical teams on data models, pipelines and integrations.
•Proven experience working in agile environments, including backlog management, sprint planning and stakeholder coordination using Jira and Confluence.
