Задачи
•Own rider demand forecasts at city-hour level, track forecast accuracy, and continuously optimize performance
•Collaborate with local teams to collect insights and make decisions on their application
•Build dashboards and reporting tools to visualize key metrics and trends
•Simplify and automate forecasting processes with tech teams to implement scalable solutions
•Translate forecasts into actionable recommendations for rider allocation, operational planning, and efficiency optimization
•Collaborate with local operations and stakeholders to validate forecasts and identify proactive adjustments
•Analyze patterns, trends, and anomalies to improve resource planning and overall service performance
Требования
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
•1–3 Years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role
•Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data accurately and extract actionable insights
•Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets
•Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
•Proactive, self-starting approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
•Nice to have: experience in logistics, e-commerce, or gig economy sectors
