# About the Position

Your Tasks
•You are responsible for taking incoming customer calls on our hotline (inbound) and resolving them on a case-closing basis
•You are the first point of contact for our business customers and answer their inquiries by phone, email, or various communication channels
•You take incoming customer calls and forward them to the respective contacts. In doing so, you handle all questions regarding the contract and the service
•You maintain and update customer data so that all relevant information is always up to date
•Processing and management of customer contracts, as well as their qualification
•Collaboration with internal departments to clarify contract details
Your Profile
•Ideally a completed vocational training and experience in telephone customer service
•You bring initial professional experience in service or customer contact
•KYC/underwriting background is a big plus
•Proficient in using PCs and software applications
•You can express yourself very well in German, both in writing and speaking
•English, Turkish, or Vietnamese language skills are a plus
•Ability to convey complex technical information in an understandable way
•Ability to show empathy and find customer-friendly solutions
