Responsibilities
•Developing, configuring, and launching promotional, trigger, and transactional CRM communications
•Developing existing communication channels and finding new ones
•Segmenting users, working with cohorts and different audiences
•Preparing and launching CRM campaigns for the VIP segment
•Participating in the development of the VIP program together with the VIP team
•Working with Retention Rate, Reactivation Rate, MAU, DAU, and Bonus Rate metrics
•Developing and testing new promotional mechanics
•Analyzing the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and preparing recommendations
•Formulating and testing hypotheses to improve product metrics
•Automating successful campaigns and processes
