About the Role
You will own creator campaigns end to end, managing strategy, sourcing, negotiations, briefing, execution, contracting, approvals, invoicing, payouts, and performance tracking. You will develop campaigns across platforms, maintain creator and agency relationships, review content, provide feedback, and support events and activations.
Requirements
•3–5 years of influencer marketing experience at a brand-facing agency or in-house brand team
•Knowledge of sourcing, negotiation, contracting, briefing, project management, and payments
•Experience executing scaled programs with concurrent partnerships
•At least two years managing external partners
•Negotiation skills and experience with creator and talent relationships
•Organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
•Ability to provide constructive creative feedback
•Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco

•Manage multiple creator campaigns, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
•Develop campaigns across platforms and content formats
•Source and evaluate creators
•Lead negotiations on rates, deliverables, usage rights, and partnership terms
•Manage contracting, approvals, invoicing, and creator payouts
•Translate product capabilities into creator briefs
•Review content and provide actionable feedback
•Manage agency partners and hold them accountable for execution and results
•Build and maintain creator relationships
•Track campaign performance and apply learnings
•Support creator events and activations
