Overview
We're hiring a Corporate Communications Specialist to support PR, media, social media, and corporate marketing programs across our core European markets: the UK, DACH, and France. You'll work directly with our International PR Lead, our PR agency, regional marketing and sales leaders, and our global corporate marketing team to keep programs on track and messaging consistent across three very different markets.
This is a unique opportunity to gain broad experience in corporate communication—including PR & media relations, social media, internal communications, and more. This is a coordination-heavy role for someone who's organized, moves fast, and takes proactive ownership.
Responsibilities
•Support PR and media programs across the UK, DACH, and France, working closely with regional PR lead and our PR agency to manage day-to-day execution
•Coordinate with regional marketing teams to align comms activity with business priorities
•Help design and implement a global social media program, including content calendars, content creation, and reporting
•Support our spokesperson program by preparing and coordinating spokespeople for media opportunities
•Partner with our PR agency and content team to write and review content like bylines, social media posts, blogs, etc.
•Participate in special projects across the global corporate marketing team, including day-to-day translation program coordination, writing customer stories, supporting internal communications, regional event support, or other projects
•Track PR and social KPIs, manage timelines, and keep multiple workstreams moving in parallel
•Follow up and follow through — chasing approvals, closing loops, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
Requirements
•Excellent written and spoken English; German a plus given our focus on the DACH market, but not required
•Strong organizational and project management instincts — you keep track of details others miss
•A self-starter mindset: comfortable taking a task and running with it
•A collaborative and team-oriented approach
•Comfort working across time zones and cultures with a distributed, international team
•8+ years of experience in PR, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field
•Bachelor's degree in PR, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field
