About the Role
You will identify relevant communities and partners for Brazilians living in or moving to Portugal. You will build relationships, negotiate partnership terms, test offers, represent the business in relevant communities, measure results, and share partnership learnings for future markets.
Requirements
•1–3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, community management, or growth marketing
•Experience with fintech, migrant or expat communities, or a network-driven channel
•Outbound outreach and partnership negotiation skills
•Relationship-building skills and cultural fluency with the Brazilian diaspora in Portugal
•Ability to analyse channel performance
•Excellent written and verbal Portuguese and English
•Ability to work with ambiguity
Responsibilities
•Identify and prioritize relevant people, organizations, and communities
•Build relationships and negotiate partnership terms
•Test and iterate on partnership offers
•Represent the business in relevant online and offline communities
•Track and report partner and offer performance
•Collaborate with Marketing on partnership messaging and launch planning
•Use learnings to prioritize and structure future partnerships
