An exciting opportunity has arisen for an EURAM Communication Specialist within Animal Health. This position will be responsible for supporting a proactive, externally focused reputation-building strategy that elevates our Animal Health brand across EURAM.
Rooted in direct experience on the farm and in the clinic, Animal Health works hand in hand with customers every step of the way. This role will help amplify innovation, strengthen reputation, and position Animal Health as a clear market leader in the Animal Health industry across EURAM.
What you will do:
Bring energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following:
•Own and optimize internal communication channels to boost colleague engagement and culture, including EURAM SYNC Page updates, Veeva engage channel, and newsletters.
•Manage senior leadership touchpoints, including technical production and content consistency for SVP Town Halls, Leaders' Connect with people managers, and executive-ready briefings.
•Harmonize social media presence by integrating and standardizing content to amplify EURAM priorities.
•Act as communications coordinator for Mid-Europe, facilitating resource sharing and consistency across markets.
•Establish shared content pipelines and calendars for CRDs, trainings, and social media to reduce duplication and maximize content reuse and relevance.
What skills you will need:
In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:
•Proven experience in communication coordination or a related field.
•A strong understanding of internal and external communication channels.
•Excellent organizational and project management skills.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Experience in the Animal Health industry, ideally.
•Familiarity with social media content management and governance.
•Experience with crisis communication coordination and media surveillance.
•Proficiency in multiple languages.
