# Commercieel Medewerker in Amersfoort
Are you sociable, customer-friendly and a hard worker? We are looking for a commercial employee to strengthen our team in Amersfoort for 40 hours a week.
What PartsPoint does
From our PartsPoint branches we supply parts to get cars that are at the garage for maintenance or repair back on the road as quickly as possible. All the work we do revolves around supporting our customer: garage owners and their mechanics.
What the role involves
Our senior commercial employees help customers with an extremely wide range of products. They give customers technical advice, think along about promotions towards customers, promote (online) sales, optimize operational business management and support customers with ICT, marketing, garage formulas and shelves full of knowledge and experience. They do this work by phone, online and at the counter. It is a role with many varied tasks and freedoms, where maintaining good contact with the customer is paramount.
What we ask
•You have at least a completed mbo (vocational) education;
•You hold a driver's license B;
•You have specialist knowledge of car technology and car materials;
•You can work with digital systems, in this role you will work with, among other things, our parts platform PARTS360;
•You understand that good communication and a customer-oriented attitude achieve the most;
•You can independently conduct a good sales conversation with various customer groups;
•You like a tidy workplace and consider representativeness important;
•You are honest, committed and sympathetic;
•You live in the vicinity of Amersfoort.
