About the company
We are recruiting for a company specialized in insurance, based in Sud Touraine since 1986. For nearly 40 years, it has supported its clients with proximity, expertise and real knowledge of its territory.
Its strength: an experienced team, loyal clients and relationships that last. Some employees have been there for many years — proof that here, people don't just sign contracts, they build real collaborations.
Today, we are recruiting an agency associate (collaborateur/collaboratrice d'agence) in Loches, on a permanent contract (CDI).
You like human contact, advising clients, and days that are never the same? You're looking for a human-sized company where your experience counts and where you can commit long-term? If for you a satisfied client is worth more than a signed contract, you should feel at home here!
The role
You are a true "Swiss army knife" of the agency: versatile, organized and comfortable with client relations.
Specifically, you will be asked to:
•Welcome clients at the agency and answer their calls.
•Identify their needs and assist them with their requests.
•Ensure the production and follow-up of insurance contracts.
•Advise clients and propose additional coverage when relevant.
•Participate in the smooth daily operation of the agency and work closely with your colleagues.
Your scope is clear: you manage the needs of the agency's clients, with no sales prospecting, no claims management, and no accounting.
You work on-site, within an agency organized in an open space, with reception areas allowing clients to be received comfortably.
Compensation & conditions
•Fixed salary based on your experience and background.
•No individual commission-based variable compensation system.
•37.5-hour schedule: RTT days and associated rest days.
•Free parking nearby.
•An experienced team to facilitate your integration.
Agency hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 12 pm / 2 pm – 6 pm.
The position is exclusively on-site.
Candidate profile
You already have experience in insurance, ideally in an agency with in-person reception and face-to-face advisory work.
You are probably the right person if:
•You have mastered the basics of client relations in insurance and can handle several topics in the same day.
•You are comfortable both at the front desk and on the phone.
•You like advising, explaining and finding suitable solutions.
•You are organized, reliable and able to step back in more delicate situations.
•You enjoy teamwork while being able to manage your tasks independently.
•You are looking for a stable position in which you can commit long-term.
Experience in an insurance agency is particularly appreciated. Significant experience in client advisory may also be considered if you have a genuine interest in the sector.
You ideally live within 30 minutes of Loches.
Why join this agency?
Because you will be able to focus on your profession: advising clients, ensuring quality follow-up and contributing to the life of a locally recognized agency.
You will join a structure where experience is shared, where close relationships matter, and where people prefer to build a lasting collaboration rather than starting a new recruitment every year.
Recruitment process
•A first phone conversation with Aude, recruitment consultant.
•An interview to explore your background, skills and motivations in depth.
•A meeting with the general agents.
•An immersion at the agency to discover the team and the daily life of the role concretely.
