Company: Achil, a recruitment firm specialized in insurance, recruiting on behalf of a well-established general insurance agency near Bergerac.
Context: You know the insurance profession and want to take on a central role in a human-sized agency? The agency is anticipating the planned departure of one of its employees and wants to organize a progressive transition so the new hire can take over responsibilities in the best conditions.
The role
A true right hand to the general agent, you will work across the entire life of the agency:
•Welcome, advise and build loyalty with clients
•Identify their needs and propose suitable solutions
•Manage and develop contracts
•Support policyholders in following up on their claims
•Develop the portfolio through your commercial sense
•Actively participate in the organization and results of the agency
You will not be confined to a single task: you will progressively become one of the pillars of the agency.
Profile sought
•At least 15 years of experience in the insurance sector, ideally acquired in a general agency
•Comfortable both in commercial relations and in managing contracts and claims
•Autonomous and organized, able to take initiative and build a lasting relationship of trust with clients — this is very important
•Smiling, approachable, involved, and appreciates the closeness typical of local agencies
•Looking above all for a stable project in which you can invest durably and take an important place
