About the Role
You will manage a portfolio of clients, build trusted long-term relationships, and identify their financial needs. You will recommend suitable financial solutions, introduce clients to digital banking services, carry out cash transactions, and complete related administration.
Requirements
•Communicate effectively with clients.
•Have basic knowledge of banking products.
•Have completed secondary education with a school-leaving examination.
•Be willing to learn, sell, and work with cash.
•Have basic analytical thinking and computer skills.
•Know MS Word and MS Excel.
•English is an advantage.
•Banking experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities
