About the Role
You will independently handle customer inquiries by telephone and through online banking service channels. You will analyze customer needs, provide suitable solutions, identify cross-selling opportunities, refer them to advisors, and help maintain customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Requirements
•Completed vocational education, with or without a school-leaving certificate
•Initial professional experience, ideally in a commercial field
•Customer and service orientation
•Enjoyment of telephone customer contact and working with people

•Excellent German and good English language skills
