•Lead the development of a connected ecosystem across the product portfolio
•Define what an AI-native approach means for Muse Group
•Build strong product leaders and a team that can deliver the product vision
•Protect products' long-term value while balancing short-term monetization
Requirements
•Experience leading products at portfolio or ecosystem level, rather than a single product
•Experience leading consumer products, platforms, or digital ecosystems at significant scale
•A demonstrated record of growing retention, engagement, and user value
•Systems thinking and the ability to build architecture across products, users, and data
•Focus on user and business outcomes, product quality, and user needs
•Ability to work without a fully prescribed process
•Candidates based in Europe or Cyprus
