Your daily routine would include:
•Gather and document business requirements by conducting discovery meetings and workshops, and analysis of existing processes.
•Analyse and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise features, enhancements and system integrations.
•Participate in the testing and validation of delivered solutions, ensuring they meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
•Support and guide stakeholders in defining their requirements using your knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL frameworks to ensure outcomes deliver the ask.
•Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features to ensure we continuously improve our solutions and offerings.
Requirements:
•2+ years experience in a Business Analyst role supporting ServiceNow or similar platforms.
•Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules and functionality.
•A good understanding of ITIL v3 or v4.
•Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
•Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
•Excellent communications skills, ability to form strong relationships with a strong customer focus.
