Responsibilities
•Develop a portfolio of IT clients in the Portuguese market
•Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and networking
•Understand client needs, qualify opportunities, and negotiate commercial terms
•Build and develop long-term client relationships
•Source and qualify freelance IT consultants and build relationships with them
•Manage the full sales and recruitment cycle, from first contact to placement
•Develop the portfolio and contribute directly to Pixie's growth in Portugal
Requirements
•1–3 Years of experience in IT staffing, IT recruitment, or a similar environment
•First experience in Business Development or Sales
•Enjoy prospecting, cold calling, and opening new accounts
•Strong communication and negotiation skills
•Commercial mindset and results-oriented attitude
•Proactive, ambitious, and comfortable working autonomously
•Native-level Portuguese
•Fluent English
